The user interface provides an Estate Manager and are viewable at Estate level and System level. The current ticketing areas supported are:
ticketing system that allows users to log any faults and issues found across areas of the system. Tickets are downloaded every night by- System-wide tickets (via : Tickets for an entire system menu)
- Device-specific tickets (via Modules Layer): Tickets for controllers and sensors
- AHU-specific tickets (via AHU Control Screen): Tickets for AHU and FP AHU
