The user interface provides an ticketing system that allows users to log any faults and issues found across areas of the system. Tickets are downloaded every night by Estate Manager and are viewable at Estate level and System level. The current ticketing areas supported are:
- System-wide tickets (via menu): Tickets for an entire system
- Device-specific tickets (via Modules Layer): Tickets for controllers and sensors
- AHU-specific tickets (via AHU Control Screen): Tickets for AHU and FP AHU
