Fuel Tank First-time Setup

  1. Run Channel Setup Wizard To Configure Analogue Input.
  2. Configure Fuel Tank Control Points.

The following steps define how to set up a Fuel Tank for the first time. If you would like to amend the settings of an Fuel Tank that has already been configured, see the Fuel Tank Configuration guide.

To set up a Fuel Tank for the first time, begin by discovering and configuring a WEMScontroller3, using the Auto Discover Wizard and Channel Setup Wizard. One WEMScontroller3 is needed per Fuel Tank.

Auto Discover WEMScontroller3

Begin by running the Auto Discover Wizard (Discovery | Auto Discover) and detecting the WEMScontroller3. For more detailed information on how to run this wizard, see the Auto Discover section.

  1. Click Next to begin the Auto Discover wizard.

First-time setup

  1. Press the Signal Test button on the WEMScontroller3 in order to discover the device.

  1. The device will be discovered. Click Next to continue.

  1. The device will be configured by the wizard. Click Next to continue.

  1. Give the device a meaningful name, and then click Next to continue.

  1. Specify a location for the device, and then click Next to continue.

  1. Click Yes to begin the Channel Setup Wizard.

The Auto Discover of the WEMScontroller3 is now complete.

The next step is to run the Channel Setup Wizard in order to Configure The Analogue Input.
