Auto Discover WEMScontroller3

This example shows the steps necessary to discover a WEMScontroller3.

Watch video

  1. From the Floorplan, go to Discovery | Auto Discover.
  2. Click Next to begin the Auto Discover Wizard.

  1. We now have 60 seconds to press the Signal Test button on the WEMScontroller3.

  1. The WEMScontroller3 will be discovered. Click Next.

  1. The WEMScontroller3 will be configured. Click Next.

  1. Give the WEMScontroller3 an asset name, and then click Next.

Enter an Asset Name for the device

  1. Choose a room for the WEMScontroller3, and then click Next.

All rooms from the Floorplan will be available

The discovery process is now complete. The following options will now be shown:

  1. Click Yes to run the Channel Setup Wizard or Finish to exit and return to the Floorplan.

The Auto Build and Auto Build FAHU buttons are greyed out because the Auto Build feature is not used to configure any channels on the WEMScontroller3.
